Thirty-plus dishes come out in a row of copper pots — Hyderabadi biryani, Butter Chicken and Goat Gongura Masala, tandoori chicken, pani puri and chaat, fresh breads, salad and desserts like Sheer Khurma. $25 per adult, $13 for kids. Walk in from noon; it fills up by one.

Thursday Dosa Night

Every Thursday, 6–9:30 PM. Eight dosas made to order at the live station — Masala, Ghee Roast, Mysore Masala, Karam Podi, Curry Leaf, Coconut and more — with peanut, ginger and coconut chutneys, sambar, pani puri, fruit and dessert. $21.99 per adult, $10.99 for kids.

Weekend mandi & Andhra specials

On weekends the kitchen fires up the mandi — Chicken Fry Piece Mandi, Nawabi Mutton Juicy Mandi and Paneer Tikka Mandi, the fragrant Indo-Arabian rice platters made for sharing — alongside Mutton Haleem and Natu Kodi (country chicken) Biryani. Friday through Sunday only.

Two dishes regulars drive across Miami for. Gutti Vankaya — tender baby eggplants stuffed with a roasted peanut, sesame and tamarind masala and simmered until silky, the Andhra way. And the Hyderabadi dum biryani: marinated meat and long-grain basmati layered in one pot, sealed with dough and slow-cooked so every grain takes on the spice. Ask for it mild, medium or Andhra-hot.
