How we make authentic South Indian Chicken 65
Born in Chennai and perfected across Hyderabad and Vijayawada, real Chicken 65 ($16) is not sweet-and-sour chicken. We marinate bite-sized halal chicken in ginger-garlic, red chilli, black pepper and yogurt, fry it crisp, and toss it in a hot tempering of fresh curry leaves, slit green chillies, garlic and tangy yogurt masala.
